Golf Tournament

Format:

• Players will be assigned to a team
• Teams will play scrabble format (9 holes)

Cost:

• Plan 1 – Golf, Cart, Dinner – $60
• Plan 2 – Golf, Walk, Dinner – $48

Payment to golf course on day of tournament

Dinner choice – Fish and Chips (F&C) or Burger

Registration:

Contact Bob Wong: robryanwong@gmail.com with the following info for each player:

• Name
• Contact info – cell, email, cottage address
• Golf choice – Plan 1 or Plan 2
• Dinner choice – F&C or Burger
• Golf level – Beginner, Intermediate, Advance

We will send out the teams and tee off times closer to the date

The First Annual Percy Lake Open was a tremendous success! The weather was picture-perfect and a great time was had by all. In the end, the scores were incredibly close, with the winning team of Dwayne Garrow, Charlotte Bell, Jack Russel and Rob MacDonald narrowly claiming first place. Congratulations to the winning team, and to Carl Pearce, who won both the Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin holes. All participants, plus a few folks who didn’t golf, got together on the patio for a casual dinner with lots of laughs and fun. Shelley Lindsay presented the Andrew Lindsay Memorial Cup to the winning team, sharing her heart-felt thoughts that Andrew would have been proud to be remembered for both his love of Percy Lake and of golf.
